To join the RHM Pension Scheme, you must complete:
You should also complete an Expression of Wish Form (see below) to tell the Trustees who you would like to receive the valuable benefits payable by the RHM Pension Scheme if you should die during the time you are employed by the Company.
Forms for employed members
Additional Voluntary Contributions Option Form
Switching Form - for members who joined the Company before 6 April 2005 and joined the Scheme before 6 April 2006.
Switching Form - for members who joined the Company on or after 6 April 2005 or who joined the Company before that date but did not join the Scheme until on or after 6 April 2006.
