This booklet is for:
- employees who have not yet joined the Scheme
- employees who joined the Company before 6 April 2005 and joined the Scheme on or after 6 April 2006
- employees who joined the Company on or after 6 April 2005

Red booklet
This booklet is for employees who joined the Company between 1 October 2001 and 6 April 2005 and who joined the Scheme before 6 April 2006.
